As an Independent Travel Manager, your main duties will be consulting English-speaking customers on their travel needs and providing information about travel products, processing client inquiries, doing follow-ups, and closing deals and sales.
Our primary markets are in the USA, UK, and Canada, so get ready to engage with a diverse range of customers from these regions. Your communication with customers will primarily take place over the phone and through emails.
What's more, we offer a commission-based payment structure, providing you with the opportunity to earn based on your performance. Payments are processed on a monthly basis through bank transfers in USD, ensuring that your efforts are duly rewarded.
We require a minimum of 35 hours per week. Please note that our required activity hours to be align with the US time zone, which may involve your activity hours to be during night hours for some.
Dreamport is an online platform for Independent Travel Managers. Dreamport is part of the Dyninno Group of companies, which delivers top-notch products and services to various sectors, including travel.
As a Travel Manager at Dreamport, you'll be serving Asaptickets clients. Asaptickets is a travel agency brand under the Trevolution group, which is part of Dyninno Group. Asaptickets offers affordable airline tickets worldwide, including unpublished or private fares not found online.
Asaptickets has a website that connects customers with personal Travel Managers (you!) based on their preferences and budget. Asaptickets have a trust score of 4.9 out of 5 on TrustPilot, with over 73,000 reviews, showing their commitment to delivering exceptional services to clients.
Asaptickets also offers hotel bookings, vacation packages, and a Concierge services department for car rentals and hotel bookings. Asaptickets Customer Service department is available 24/7 to assist with exchanges or refunds.
To become an Independent Travel Manager, you will first complete an independent training stage, followed by a 2-week Nesting period. The Nesting period is mandatory and serves as a comprehensive onboarding phase to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge for airline tickets and services effectively. While we acknowledge that everyone has varying schedules, applicants are required to commit a reasonable amount of time each week to ensure they gain a solid foundation in the field. This commitment is crucial to maximize the benefits of the training program and contribute to your success as an Independent Travel Manager.
During the Live/Nesting and Junior periods, we're counting on all applicants to fully engage in the learning process. This phase is mandatory and provides vital skills and industry knowledge. We understand everyone's schedules vary, but it's important to dedicate a reasonable amount of time each week to build a strong foundation in the field. Later on, once you've established your customer network, schedules become more flexible.
We schedule our operational hours according to our business model to guarantee that you are freelancing during the most profitable hours to earn a good compensation. Generally, our active hours coincide with the US time zone to accommodate our customers.
As an Independent Travel Manager, your income is driven entirely by your performance, with no limit on your earning potential and no base salary or fixed fees.
Your compensation includes a range of bonuses awarded between the third and sixth months upon meeting specific criteria. Additionally, you'll earn volume-based bonuses for each ticket sold, along with extra rewards linked to your sales performance and revenue.
Payments are made monthly via bank transfers in USD, ensuring that your hard work and dedication are consistently rewarded.
Kindly note that we are currently only considering candidates who are taxpayers in specific locations. If your application is not accepted for your area, we regret to inform you that we do not currently have opportunities there.

While our main position is independent travel manager with the potential for unlimited income, we do have other freelance positions available with limited performance-based income.
To be considered for these freelance opportunities, you must meet the following criteria:

* Fulfill the basic requirements for the freelance position, including commitment, a strong work ethic, access to reliable equipment (PC/Laptop), and a stable internet connection

Please keep in mind that fulfilling these criteria does not guarantee a freelance position, as selection will also depend on the specific needs of the teams

Please be informed that you are eligible for one reapplication opportunity, which can be exercised after a waiting period of 3 months.
During this time, we encourage you to focus on enhancing your skills and qualifications to better align with the requirements of the role.
After successfully completing the online training (Mindtickle course), you will transition to the Live/Nesting stage, which lasts for two weeks. In the first week, you'll engage in on-the-job training, and from the second week onwards, you will start taking calls and will be eligible for payment upon closing sales. The Live/Nesting process is designed to facilitate the transition from training to the sales team, providing new Independent Travel Managers with hands-on experience.
During the Live/Nesting period, new Travel Managers will operate in a real customer environment, managing interactions and making sales, all with the support of trainers, advisors, and mentors. This structured two-week process aims to build confidence in handling various situations, standardize performance quality, and enhance technical knowledge and communication skills.
We are dedicated to motivating and guiding our new Travel Managers throughout the Live/Nesting process, ensuring they receive the support necessary for success in their roles.

1. Register: Go towww.dreamport.meand use your social login (Gmail/Facebook) to begin filling out your application.
2. Assessment: Complete a 20-minute assessment that evaluates the basic skills required for the position, with a focus on English, as you will be interacting with US-based customers.
3. Online Training (MindTickle):Engage in this technical training course, which requires daily flexible commitment to gain essential knowledge. You can earn your certificate within a maximum of 10 days.
4. Live/Nesting Stage:This two-week phase is designed to help you transition from training to the sales team, providing new Independent Travel Managers with hands-on experience. Successfully completing this stage will advance you to the Junior team.
After registering with Dreamport use your social login to access our assessment. Only after successful completion of assessment we will issue Dreamport credentials (login name and password) to access our MindTickle training platform.

If you received login credentials and it's not working, please use the received username to reset your password. To reset your password and regain access to your Dreamport account, please follow these steps:

This process should help you resolve the login issue you are facing. Once you have logged in, please proceed to complete the assigned modules. These modules are crucial for your training and will help you acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for your role.

This assessment is designed to evaluate your basic English required for the position. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
If you did not meet the minimum passing criteria for the recent assessment, we believe in your potential and encourage you to consider retaking the test to improve your results.
However, please note that if you do not meet the passing score on your next attempt, your account will be deactivated, and you will not be able to apply for the position until 3 months have passed. Therefore, it is essential that you take your time to prepare yourself adequately before retaking the test.
Upon passing the assessment, the next step is to start the Mindtickle training.

Once you have logged in, please proceed to complete the assigned modules. These modules are crucial for your training and will help you acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for your role.
We would like to remind you that all modules should be completed within 10 days after registering with Dreamport. This allows us to ensure a timely and efficient training process for all participants.

Unfortunately we are unable to change the "awarded to" section on your certificate from your username to your actual name. This section is to maintain consistency and accuracy in our internal records and official documentation.
Your certificate remains valid and reflects your achievements within Dreamport.
We recommend accessing the On-line training via desktop Google Chrome browser for a better experience. Please note that all modules are sequenced, so if you encounter a locked module, it means that your previous module has not been fully submitted.
Upon completion of the Mindtickle training, you will be eligible to receive your certificate. Once you have obtained your certificate, you will have the opportunity to register for the Q&A sessions which are held every Tuesday and Friday. These sessions are designed to provide you with the opportunity to ask our HR team any questions you may have about the hiring process. The sessions typically last for an hour and are a great way to gain further insight into our hiring procedures.
Following the Q&A session, you will then begin the live training (5 days / Mon-Fri) with one of our professional trainers. This training is designed to further enhance your skills and knowledge in your role within the company.
